Amazing craftsmanship and beautiful detail. My only complaint is the misleading production times listed. I’m very grateful my mug made it to us before Christmas as it was a gift and my many many emails to customer service were answered promptly maybe not always truthful responses (1 email said it was shipping by end of day... next email said my mug got lost in production) but it literally took a month a to receive. Which I’d be 100% ok with if the website stated that. Please update your site so people understand 1 month might not be enough time and to order way earlier than needed during holiday seasons. All in all my son was able to give his Papa an amazing mug and it really made his Christmas!
