Holiday Transit Update

To our valued customers,

First off, we'd like to thank you for your recent order and supporting our small business especially during this whirlwind of a year. As many of you are aware, the United State Postal Service is experiencing extreme delays. While we have done our very best to get as many packages out ahead of the holidays, these delays have been much longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience.

As we ship packages for the holidays, USPS in many cases are not scanning the packages when they put them on the trucks or they are sitting delayed at the warehouse.  According to its website, USPS is currently experiencing unprecedented delays due to Covid-19, package volume, and lack of resources. We truly appreciate your patience and wish there was more we could control. Unfortunately once the packages leave our facility there is very little we can do to make them arrive faster.

*As part of our efforts to get out customers their packages as quickly as possible, all orders placed on or before 12/22 that have not yet shipped will be shipped via UPS*

We have seen that UPS has been a much more reliable and efficient service than USPS throughout this holiday season.
